I will assess the political landscape and how it may impact project delivery, ensure technical solutions will meet project objectives, define priorities and outcomes, establish and drive towards realistic goals, and support technical teams in any way necessary to ensure success. •Large Global Non-Profit – Technical Program Mgmt Originally hired to turn around a failing global network migration project (data center network refresh, firewall replacement, and an SD-WAN migration,) I led other Infrastructure projects including implementing an enterprise monitoring tool, new storage platform, Microsoft AVD, Microsoft Teams rooms, cloud call center migration, and multiple office moves. Led multiple InfoSec projects, including implementing MDM, cybersecurity SAM, SAT training, and multiple security tools. •Large Auto Manufacturing Company – Infrastructure Program Mgmt Responsible for all Infrastructure-related integration efforts between 3-Fortune 500 companies merging into 2 different entities. Program included 26 Infrastructure/ InfoSec projects with a $36M budget. Projects included AD/O365 migration for knowledge workers, Infrastructure disentanglement efforts, and data center consolidations. Built the governance program to support my efforts and structured project priorities and budget. •Chicago-Area Hospital – InfoSec Portfolio Mgr Established program management function for newly hired CISO, assisted in team development, developed vendor selection requirements, and led strategy planning. Projects included a network segmentation project, security policy development, an end-user SAT program, and vulnerability management implementation. Developed project roadmap and implemented executive project tracking/ reporting. •Large Food Manufacturer – EPMO Technical Project Mgr Led rollout to replace PBXs with Skype Enterprise Voice and SIP integration.
