About Joni Anthony
As an insurance executive, my passion is coaching teams to succeed while ensuring program level success and overall client satisfaction. My background spans many roles, including leadership in consulting, sales, account management and operations, so I bring quite a range of industry perspective to any organization whether my employer, clients or prospective customers. Building relationships with these groups is what inspires me. I began my career with Mercer as an actuarial analyst, and from there moved into consulting within Mercer’s workers’ compensation and disability management unit. So I am very analytic by nature, and have a keen eye for results. Having a good foundation to build on, I moved into operations management (P&L) and then direct sales. You never know how all of the dots are going to connect, but having both management experience and direct sales experience led to sales management and account management. I enjoy building relationships with all types of decision makers and creating successful programs. Whether I am in a direct role, or managing, coaching or mentoring – the success of each individual contributes to the team success and the company success.
