Work directly with the business and IT Applications team to obtain and define business requirements with enough detail and clarity to allow the development of the data or reporting solution needed. Develop, maintain, and ensure quality control of reports and participate in the development and implementation of SQL databases, SSRS reports, ETL processes, and BI solutions. • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs. • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities. • Provide thorough documentation of all work. • Manage and resolve ETL errors outside of business hours. • Create and maintain queries and reports using SQL server tools (SSRS, SSIS). • Maintain legacy MS Access databases as needed. Migrate Access reports into SSRS whenever possible.
