I am passionate about helping businesses achieve better business outcomes with my extensive experience designing, leading, assessing, and recovering complex transformation initiatives (Business, Digital, Post Merger Integration, and Change). My Doctoral research at Warwick Business School is into how organizations can effectively mobilize their resources mkre effectively tosuccessfully deliver disruptive change in the digital world.(What I call \"Digital Strategy Execution\"). My research to dates shows that over 80% of complex initiatives fail and actually destroy shareholder value.
