Reporting directly to a Senior Engineer, I lead line process engineering efforts, implement poka-yoke systems, and manage the ergonomic and tactical integration of new and existing build processes to maintain efficiency and quality at a 65-second takt time per station-Key Responsibilities & Expertise: • Lead Authority for CMES & 3DX:Responsible for all process changes, updates, and builds within CMES and 3DX. Collaborate directly with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure production data integrity and execution. • Line Process Engineering:Architect optimal build flow for new and existing engines by adjusting task sequences and reassigning station responsibilities to reduce cycle time and eliminate bottlenecks. • Poka-Yoke / Fail-Safing Systems:Design and implement error-proofing measures that reduce variability, improve quality metrics, and support operator confidence on the line. • Ergonomics & Human-Tech Integration:Use EASE and direct ergonomic assessments to engineer process improvements that prioritize operator safety, minimize fatigue, and increase efficiency. • Manufacturing Change Requests (MCRs) & Process Alerts:Draft, approve, and execute MCRs and process alerts, coordinating across departments to ensure seamless implementation and thorough documentation. • Standard Work Documentation & Visualization:Own the creation and maintenance of ISO-aligned work instructions, station documentation, process maps, and visual build aids using AutoCAD and 3DX. • Takt Time Analysis & Station Balancing:Ensure compliance with 55-second takt time target per station through data-driven adjustments, continuous improvement strategies, and cross-functional planning.
