With over 20 years of experience, Jon’s career has focused on serving large, multi-national companies and smaller SEC registrants. Prior to CRI, Jon spent 11 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he specialized in utilities and telecommunications, serving as the lead engagement senior manager for BellSouth Corporation, Adelphia Communications Corporation, Oglethorpe Power Corporation and Trisic, Inc. As CRI’s Director of Professional Services, Jon is responsible for the firm’s quality control, marketing and information technology initiatives. Additionally, he serves as the lead or concurring partner on several SEC external audit and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance engagements.Specialties: Jon has experience with initial and secondary public offerings, SOX implementation, and regulatory accounting issues. Jon has authored and delivered various courses related to internal controls at PwC, CRI and the Alabama Society of CPAs.
