   I manage the Engineering Department in all aspects that include business growth, projects, and innovations. Some of my key achievements are: • Instrument architecture that included instrument capturing and GPU server processing >3 million images per hour. • I oversaw the verification for complex instrumentation to meet FDA guidelines. • I architected FPGA timing and control, sensors, high speed camera, and motion control. In addition to these, other accomplishments are: • Developed technology making Cell-CT 50x faster meeting commercially targeted throughput. • Architected Cell –CT 3D tomographic microscope cytometer instrument. • Grew the development team from three employees to a 20+ multidisciplinary team. • Achieved several patents in the areas of fluidics control, sample prep, image processing, and optical systems. • Adjunct professor at Univ. Washington– Human Interface Technology Lab from ’06-13 – employing, coaching, and mentoring graduate students.
