Worked across business and technical teams on $100M HR SaaS transformation programme to ensure resilient, performant and secure design that meets a target of circa global users logging in on a peak day. • Challenge vendors, Cyber Security, delivery and infrastructure teams to improve designs and support HR by delivering customer-centric Architecture. • Worked with network teams on designing new proxy infrastructure and sit on the Cyber CASB group for internet cyber standards. Reformed employee e-mail security to enable easier implementation of SaaS solutions. • Oversee designs of HR Architects to ensure they meet HSBC standards and industry best-practice. • Design RFPs with HR business and evaluate vendor RFP responses, including the innovative Talent Marketplace cloud system and Workforce Planning. • Design POCs to test innovative new technology with a focus on speed of delivery for quick evaluation. • Focus on HSBC standards. Implement key IT controls across HRIT estate and ensure HRIT KCIs are green for all HRIT-managed applications.
