ABOUT JON GREENHOWE
As a Special Advisor at the Royal Air Force (RAF) since 2014, I have been applying my coaching and mentoring skills to support the strategic and operational goals of the organization. I have partnered with senior leaders, external stakeholders, and diverse teams to provide advice, guidance, and solutions on various issues and challenges related to the RAF\'s activities and interests. I have also contributed to the development and implementation of policies, plans, and projects that enhance the RAF\'s capabilities and performance. In my previous role as an Executive Officer, Operations Wing at the RAF, I led and managed the daily operations of a large and complex wing, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and outcomes. I have developed and demonstrated strong team leadership, business networking, and communication skills. I am passionate about the RAF\'s mission and values, and I am committed to advancing its excellence and innovation in the field of aviation and defence.
