Act as the In Vivo Pharmacology Study Manager for multiple antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) discovery and preclinical development projects, ensuring the availability of critical in vivo data to facilitate stage-dependent project decisions.>Collaborate with multi-functional teams including medicinal chemistry, in vitro pharmacology, and bioanalysis to develop in vivo strategies and study plans for ADC discovery and preclinical development projects.>Develop and characterize innovative in vivo mouse models, including cell-line derived xenografts (CDX), orthotopic models, syngeneic tumor models, and genetically engineered mouse (GEM) models, for pharmacological evaluation and mechanism of action studies.>Design and execute in vivo studies utilizing CDX, PDX, orthotopic, and GEMM tumor models to assess efficacy, pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD), combination strategies, maximum tolerated dose (MTD), and adverse effects associated with ADCs.>Establish in-house expertise in animal models pertinent to the efficacy and safety testing of human antibodies, generating both in vitro and in vivo data to support investigational new drug (IND) filings for product candidates.
