Support the Supervisor, Education Delivery in all activities related to the screening, approval, onboarding, and implementation of new education delivery designates-Participate in defining, developing, and implementing RECO’s oversight framework for multiple designates-Recommend continuous improvement opportunities and participate in implementing improvements to the application, onboarding, and oversight processes- Act as the first point of contact for post-secondary institutions applying to become designates- Collect and review applications for completeness- Coordinate evaluation team meetings, workshops, and reference checks- Work with project teams and designates to support their implementation activities, including systems integration, workflow development, facilitator recruitment, content transfer, pre-launch testing, and reporting- Act as the main point of contact for assigned designates, ensuring smooth onboarding and addressing any concerns- Monitor designate adherence to standards, policies, and contractual obligations- Support issue resolution, risk identification, and escalation to the Supervisor as needed- Coordinate oversight meetings with designate representatives, prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on actions- Conduct periodic audits and participate in continuous improvement of oversight processes and tools- Provide formal status updates and reports.
