   Sole finance/HR person for top McLean, VA homebuilder Responsibilities include- Compiled financial statements - Taxes - AR - AP - Treasury - Forecasting - Bank relationship management and benchmarking Quickbooks and CoConstruct systems expert Projects completed so far: Implemented new system for coding credit cards that involves using VBA to slice and dice credit card transctions into different files that are then loaded to Microsoft Teams for coding by project and administrative personnel. Once coded, transactions are loaded to Quickbooks via batch. We\'re unable to use the Quickbooks credit card transaction functionality because CoConstruct must have transactions loaded to the Product/Item lines which Quickbooks doesn\'t do. Sourced a new corporate credit card provider that provides 100% greater purchase discounts and has no credit limit. Reduced department spend by more than 50% by taking over AP clerk duties during a challenging time.
