Be the key interface between Oriel and its contractors • Develop and manage individual contractor strategy for delivery of Oriel repairs • Manage financial targets and performance • Ensure contractor compliance with statutory requirements and legislation using data collected by Oriel Quantity Surveying and others • Monitor and implement processes to achieve continuous improvement in net promoter scores • Monitor and implement processes to achieve continuous improvement in quality audit results • Ensure compliance with agreed Oriel Service Level Agreements • Manage complaints in accordance with Oriel procedures • Agree and manage capacity targets • Apply sanctions for underperformance • Establish clear channels of communication • Agree escalation procedure • Identify potential contractors for Oriel • Co-ordinate Oriel support services in relation to technical and contractual issues • Develop Business Plans with contractors
