I believe compelling communications can have a direct impact on business growth.Currently leading internal and external communications in Europe for Sysco, the global food service leader, with additional local oversight of government affairs and sustainability in the GB market. I am responsible for leading European-wide communications to deliver the business plan, drive best practice and protect and promote Sysco\'s reputation.Before Sysco, I led Asda’s ESG and community investment programme Creating Change for Better - devising the strategy, governance and programme roadmaps with the Executive committee and SME stakeholders. My team delivered all charity partnerships, local community engagement and operated the Asda Foundation, Asda’s independent charity.Earlier in my career I spent time living and working in the US, as a senior director in Walmart\'s global communications team. I was responsible for Walmart, Inc. and Walmart International serving as executive counsel to the Global and International CEOs, leading a team of US and international corporate affairs directors in global markets including China, Mexico, Canada and the Americas.A proud mum of three boys. Gym-goer, runner and book clubber!
