I have a passion for identifying opportunities to drive operational efficiency, and nothing brings me more joy than cracking an unsolvable problem; basically, a big ol\' nerd that loves all things HR tech. I also consider myself bilingual in that I have an in-depth understanding of processes within the business and can translate their needs into technical requirements.
