I currently lead teams generating in excess of £130m per annum for the Society (and growing!) across a range of disciplines including IG, Legacy, Retail, Digital Performance and Community & Events. I have developed the Society\'s long term fundraising investment strategy which covers all of Mass Engagement with a view to growing income whilst modernising and diversifying our approach. I work at a Senior Leadership level and its my passion to ensure we have a good positive rewarding culture at the Society for the ultimate benefit of Animal Welfare. Recent Awards for my teams include Digital Fundraising Campaign of the Year (2025) Charity Times, the DMAs (2024) CIoF Award for Best Legacy Fundraising Campaign (2024) and a nomination for \'Fundraising Team of the Year\' at the Charity Times Awards (2024 & 2025). I was also nominated for the RSPCA Impact Awards for 2024.
