My work covers a range of organisational development areas including: leadership development, transforming organisational culture, coaching individuals and teams through transformational change. Recent projects include co-design and co-production with multi-disciplinary teams improving outcomes for citizens in Children\'s and Adult Social Care.

I am a leadership and team performance coach and consultant, supporting clients to navigate complex change. Much of my work involves helping leaders to navigate complex social challenges requiring attitudinal and behavioural change. Recent programmes include- Design and delivery of the ILM Community Leaders Programme in collaboration with Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland Violence Reduction Network and West Yorkshire Violence Reduction Partnership- The Women Leading with Purpose programme on behalf of the University of Leicester- Team Coaching with NHS and Corporate teams to improve performance and impact. Master practitioner in Systemic Team Coaching, I am a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation).Past client assignments include: Bristol City Council, Thoughtworks, The Office for National Statistics, Agilisys, North Somerset County Council, The States of Guernsey, Nesta, The Metropolitan Police, Coventry City Council, Leicester City Council.My research for the MSc. in Consulting & Coaching for Change at Oxford University & HEC, Paris was a live case study of a global financial services organisation undergoing cultural transformation and considered the role and impact of behaviours & leadership in cultural change.
