It’s not often that you get to help launch a brand-new UK bank, completely from scratch. But I did. It’s exciting and scary all at once. At the start, I was involved in every possible aspect of copywriting – from brand and UX, to marketing, TOV, comms, and the legal stuff – and now I help to position and roll out new campaigns and helpful products, plus all things CX.
