Over the past 20+ years, I have built a solid reputation as the go-to Business Operations Specialist for ensuring on-time delivery of specialty products by streamlining operational efficiencies for large-scale manufacturing and industrial facilities. After completing a Bachelor\'s in Chemical Engineering in 2003, I launched my career as a Manufacturing Engineer with ExxonMobil, gaining manufacturing excellence and environmental experience that led to three Supervisor roles at the BatonRouge Refinery with over staff while managing $5M to $20M in local portfolio budgets, Mechanical engineers and Inspectors, and Process personnel for gasoline, diesel, and jet blending and shipping.Since joining ExxonMobil, I have received 5 promotions due to my expertise in manufacturing operations and ability to flawlessly supervise multiple manufacturing sites (refining & chemicals) facilities simultaneously with zero safety incidents.I currently manage a $200M site operating budget category for the largest refinery facility in North America and $65M Specialties business operating budget with 140 employees and guided cross-functional teams to generate $500M in revenue by delivering the facility\'s best performance in 6 years.As ExxonMobil\'s Operations Department Manager, Specialties Process, I guide North America Operational Critical Verification and Measure Community infrastructure for 10+ facilities by ensuring safe, reliable operations of all products as they move through the manufacturing production stage.
