   In alignment with our Hamilton County core values, I champion a range of HR programs and initiatives aimed at fostering a welcoming and inclusive workplace culture throughout the duration of the employee life cycle to increase employee engagement. These programs include, but are not limited to, new hire orientation, extended onboarding and first-year experiences, employee pulse surveys, exit interviews, DEIB programming, and employee recognition initiatives. To ensure successful programming, this entails serving as HR Liaison on applicable committees such as an Employee Advisory Committee and Employee Resource Groups, collaborating with various stakeholders across leadership teams and departments to identify and assess programming outcomes, and leveraging data to evaluate program effectiveness.
