ABOUT JOHNATHAN JONES

Currently the Director of Legal Operations at Cribl, where I\'ve been since August 2021. Based in Conway, Arkansas, I bring a unique blend of operational excellence, systems thinking, and collaborative leadership to the legal function.At Cribl, I manage operational functions, tools, systems, and processes across multiple practice areas including commercial, compliance, corporate, regulatory, HR support, international, privacy, and intellectual property. My approaches center on transforming friction into flow. I help teams optimize decision-making and workflows by implementing models at critical junctures: intake, decisions, and handoffs. My work focuses on designing lightweight guardrails that create clarity, reduce latency, and drive value creation.Before joining the tech industry, I spent nearly 15 years with the Arkansas Department of Human Services, where I served as Assistant Director and held various leadership positions from January 2007 to August 2021. In this capacity, I managed licensing, certification, inspection, and regulatory enforcement functions for home- and community-based providers related to Medicaid service delivery. I drafted legislation and promulgated administrative rules, developing deep expertise in regulatory frameworks and public policy.I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Central Arkansas, where I studied from 2007 to 2011.When I\'m not working, I\'m locally supporting education enrichment and lead educational-supporting initiatives such as serving as the local high-school parent-teacher organization (PTO) President.
