As CAO, I work with a strong team of talented individuals in the Academic Operations office and in every college and department on campus. I get to be a part of many teams who make strong programs even better (undergraduate and graduate, in-seat to online), help campus processes and policies to be efficient, focus on doing what we say we will do, and helping my colleagues and our students achieve their goals.As a mathematician, I enjoy teaching applications-based courses (numerical methods, mathematical modeling, data science, statistics, and differential equations). I also really enjoy seeing students become excited about growth through undergraduate research. Regarding my own research, I enjoy parameter estimation and numerical solutions to real-world models. I ask a lot of questions with the goal to understand the scenario and I contribute when I can. However, I\'m always looking to learn from others.
