   Fully responsible for the EU region’s monthly/quarterly FP & A reporting to C-level business partners, monthly forecasting and annual operating plan, and various ad hoc business cases • Report to the EU regional CFO while managing a team across various business functions including supply chain, program management, client services, and sales/growth • Worked with business development, Go-to-Market, and the Asurion board to develop a business case and dynamic forecast model for a new Asurion business venture in 2021 • Identified a tax opportunity with tax and legal teams, driving $6M in annual cost savings dating back to 2018 • Developed the EU region’s 5-year financial outlook to provide guidance for a 10% YoY growth target by identifying risks and opportunities, targeting subscriber growth, and directing investment towards future strategy • Recruited by senior leadership for various ad hoc projects including leading a company-wide Gartner SG & A benchmarking analysis, developing financial models for new or rapidly growing clients, and estimating a client’s supply chain economics
