I’ve held P&L accountability for a $160M factory direct ordering business at Advance Auto Parts and for 3 software companies with $50M in revenue at Solera.Realizing that operations must deliver additional capabilities at a lower cost every year, I am a troubleshooter and “capability architect” able to marshal resources, institute best practices, and position operations to produce a higher value. This includes ensuring accurate forecasting of product requirements and optimizing the deployment and merchandising of inventory across stores in North America.As SVP with Advance Auto Parts, having the right products, in the right place, at the right time was critical to our value proposition.
