In 2008 I set up Impellus, an ILM Approved Leadership and Management Training company. Impellus is fast becoming the UK’s most influential ILM Approved Leadership and Management Training Centre in the UK. Our specialist Leadership and Management training courses are focused on delivering real and provable performance benefits to our clients’ management teams. We provide ILM Accredited management training programmes, as well as specialist consultation and strategic development work to organisations of all types and sizes. My role is to ensure that the company delivers on the visoin, mission and values that I have set for it with my Management Team.
