ABOUT JON CONNOR DAVIS
From a young age, I have been fostering my ability to communicate and build relationships. Through serving as President for the student body of my alma mater’s College of Liberal Arts, working alongside a selective group of faculty to set a college-wide strategic plan, and working in campus ministry, I have honed my ability to grasp a vision, and create buy-in with those I seek to reach. •Over the course of two years in campus ministry, I have been able to fundraise in excess of to mentor and help students on the college campus navigate a difficult four years of life. Building relationship with these support partners, and students alike, requires clear communication. I get excited about getting people on board with a vision, and setting goals to get there.•After one year in seat as a Sales Development Representative for Motive, I have brought over in ARR to the business. Building relationships with prospects, and seeking to understand their needs has helped me to do this. By cultivating product knowledge and continuing to hone listening skills I seek to continue to help fleets become safer, and more profitable.
