   Manage full operations of the company and all strategic distribution locations as well as contract manufacturing at plants in North Carolina (1), Sri Lanka (3), and Pakistan (3). Manage all employees and contract employees at each location. Responsible for customer service, order processing, order fulfillment, sales support, accounting, cash flow and logistics at each location. Handle all online, print, and tradeshow marketing. Manage technical and production teams at 7 contract manufacturing facilities. Responsible for all operational and manufacturing aspects of the business within those facilities. Set QC controls: manage cash flow against production, raw material purchases, relationships with external suppliers, and production with those suppliers. In most cases planning of resources and cash flow is planned 6+ months out. • Opened up distribution locations in Mexico, Europe, Brazil. Sourced law firms, management companies, 3PL warehousing, customs brokers, bank accounts, accounting firms. • Manage all suppliers and our strategic relationships with them. • Handle all legal aspects of company including patents and trademarks. • Develop distribution channel. • Installed an entire vending production and distribution program to compete with Fastenal and Grainger
