Jon has 30 years experience setting strategy for, and leading delivery of, major transformational change. He works on business, technology, digital, data and AI strategy and delivery engagements with some of the world\'s leading blue-chip companies. He is also a qualified executive business coach. In the CPG sector specifically, he has deep experience in the areas of: Digital Vision & Strategy; Sales, Commercial, Customer & Consumer Transformation (RGM, NRM, TPM, Retail Execution, Distributor Management, Digital Route to Market, Digital Commerce); ESG / Sustainability; Data & Analytics; and Supply Chain Transformation.Jon also works with a number of other leading companies including ABF (with Twinings, British Sugar and others), Primark, Kimberly Clark, PZ Cussons, News Corp, Dentsu, and IFCO on their key strategy and transformation programmes. He was Interim Group CIO at ABF plc for a 6 month period in 2025.Jon is an executive business coach, having qualified from the Meyler Campbell Mastered programme with Distinction. His coaching qualification is accredited by both the Association for Coaching (AC) and the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council).Jon was educated at the University of Manchester and Harvard Business School, and holds double first class degrees in Engineering.
