P&L included all internal product cost drivers, P&L allocations, dedicated Security Specialist Headcount, and Product Engineering Headcount. Drove numerous discussions with senior GTM and Product leadership regarding P&L optimization to enforce spend discipline, product accountability and product cost insights to ensure better business outcomes.• Led CFO Level Business Review of the Google Cloud Security Business. Reviewed Cloud Security Strategy, Security Market dynamics / trends, Strategic Products within the portfolio, the Cloud Security P&L, and the state of the portfolio’s acquisition strategy.• Partnered cross functionally with Sales Operations and Product Operations stakeholders to support:(i) Sales QBRs,(ii) Quarterly Product Business Security Portfolio KPI reporting (iv) product strategy acceleration initiatives.
