ABOUT JONATHYN WALTERS
Graduated from Niagara University in May of 2013 with a Bachelor of Sciences in Sport Management. After graduating from Niagara University I worked with the Buffalo Sabres in the Box Office and various different roles to assist with community relations, game presentation and customer experience. After working with the Buffalo Sabres I transitioned my career to banking where I worked at Evans Bank as a teller. I gained further experience by working in compliance at M&T Bank. My past experiences have brought me to Logistics and Supply Chain. I began as a Logistics Coordinator and became a Carrier Procurement Representative. I became the tracking team lead in 2020 and eventually moved into an Operations Manager since 2022. As an Operations Manager at ROAR I have experience in different areas such OTR truckload division, Customer Service, and currently managing the Logistics Support Team. I have gained several experiences at ROAR. One of my favorite parts of my job is training new associates and working with our team around the world.
