Performing as a Loan Signing Agent allowed me to learn the industry and generate revenue to sustain the company while raising capital for future projects listed below.Key Projects Managed:LSA Signing Service –Brokering service that connects notaries in specific geographic areas to title companies that need them to conduct off-site real estate closings. The system would facilitate communication, securely handle sensitive documents, manage invoicing, payment transfer and taxation.LSA Remote Online Notarization –Brokering service to facilitate remote online notarizations by connecting notaries and document signers together through secured audio/video conferencing software. This software would also handle the proper signing, e-notarizations, electronic notary journal and ID verification required by various state laws.Notable Accomplishments:• Successfully, research and identify two exploitable market opportunities within thereal estate industry with no prior experience in the industry.• Successfully implemented Lean Startup methodologies to generate revenue to fund business operations while raising capital for expansion.

The challenges of facilitating flawless loan signings takes a special attention to detail, not just with regards to loan documents like PCOR, Patriot Act, 1003, Notice of Right to Cancel and so on but because we represent the loan signing contracting company to their clients as well. For most borrowers the purchase of a house is the largest financial transaction they will conduct in their lifetime so naturally they will require the impartiality of an educated NSA to put them at ease with the process and help them coming out of the signing feeling good about the experience. In the 50 step loan process notary signing agents are involved in 2 of them but they are absolutely essential for the process to end smoothly for the roughly 50 different people who earn a living by facilitating this process besides the NSA so it doesn’t make sense to risk working with NSA’s that may or may not get the job done. You need to know for sure that all the documents that require signatures, initials, notarizations and that need to be filled out by the borrower or seller will be done properly. This why we place a special focus on new and continued NSA education through our partnership with The Loan Signing System created by veteran NSA and 6 figure signing agent Mark Wills. All the NSA’s in our signing agent database receive opportunities for ongoing education from other successful NSA’s, Title Agents and Escrow Officers so that they can be totally up to date on how to consistently perform flawless loan signings for their clients. Our goal is to be come the largest loan signing service with the highest success rate for successful loan signings being conducted through our service. We have to continually raise the bar because at the end of the day this is about so much more than signatures, initials and notarizations, it’s about facilitating the American Dream not just for buyers and sellers but for everyone else involved in the real estate buying and selling process!
