I proactively monitor affiliate activity and analyze performance to identify areas of improvement. I devise strategies to achieve qualified lead volume at cost/lead goals, resulting in conversions of new investors. I cultivate strategic alliances with existing partners by understanding their goals and developing mutually beneficial strategies. I foster strong relationships with partners and networks to maximize performance and results. I establish affiliate tracking and reporting systems for accurate performance measurement and I manage partner results on a day-to-day basis and execute ongoing optimizations to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), including cost/new investor. I monitor affiliate websites for fraudulent activity, content or policy violations, ensuring strict adherence to our brand compliance guidelines. I review and validate data for affiliate partner invoices to ensure accuracy and reliability. I work in coordination with the UX/product, legal, compliance, and finance teams to establish and maintain profitable partnerships and leads.
