Leading the S&I Team, covering strategy, innovation, and insights to define BFS’ future vision and identify, validate and test opportunities for long-term future growth\\\\n\\\\nKey responsibilities include:\\\\n\\\\nBuild and lead a Strategy & Innovation function to define the BFS global vision based on customer insights and identify future opportunities, creating programs to test and deliver them.\\\\n\\\\nDesign and own the build of the customer, market, technology, and competition-related insights & analytics across BFS’s countries to validate our strategic direction and identify new/ changing customer needs.\\\\n\\\\nOwn the strategic review of the BFS global business portfolio, developing and managing strategic execution. As well as identify long-term investment and growth opportunities via new propositions, business models, and customer-centric & innovative initiatives.\\\\n\\\\nEstablish and own a global innovation framework to enable BFS to initiate and manage the testing of new business models, propositions, and services through a robust process and global sandpit.\\\\n\\\\nContinually lead the refinement of BFSs strategic direction and identify new/ changing customer needs through embedding customer segmentation across all BFS countries.\\\\n\\\\nWork collaboratively with BFS ELT, BLG Board, Country Teams, Finance, Risk, Ops, and Revenue to define strategic KPIs and reporting processes to track success.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
