I have been in construction for 25 years. I have been extremely lucky to have been a part of almost every part of construction (Schematic design, Design Management, Pre-construction, Superintendency, Project Management, closeout, and inspections), most market sectors ( Aviation, Military, Corrections, K-12, Higher Education Housing, Higher Education Academics, Life Science, Health, Senior Housing, Multi-Family, Affordable Housing, and Luxury High rise), and most delivery methods ( CMAR, CM, cGMP, GMP, Design Build, Design Bid Build, Negotiated, Low Bid Technically acceptable, Hard Bid, Public Private partnership (P3), IPD, and Fee GC). I have been apart of several JV\'s (Sundt/Austin, Sundt/BBC, Sundt/DPR) and even P3\'s (UC Merced 1.4 Billion, UCSD NTPLLN 850 million, SDRAA Air Cargo 64 Million). Most recently I working with NAVFAC SW as a project manager, leading and managing projects from design conception through award and construction.
