Project management / Estimator / Sales Providing quotes, designed structure sheets, and cut sheets, for general contractors based on project plans of the job provided the information.Daily inventory counts of daily poured products and completing inventory sheets for an update to the inventory.Once an established relationship and the go ahead with a signed quote has been given by the quote requester. Providing a conversion from Quote to Sales order. Once approved and converted, designing for the quoted structures will be built in the provided program. Once each structure is complete, the paperwork for each structure will be given to the contractor or engineer to be approved, denied or revised by the engineer to approve that the designed structure meets the designed a standard if modified.Gather all needed information that will be provided to the engineer by the contractor or myself, such as Cut sheets, and Clocks with specifications to be approved. Communicating with each client to provide all the requested information when needed.Approvals sent back from the engineer will be reviewed before each structure is sent into production. Production will need for all products approved to be made signed off by myself or the director of operations. The products will be made in a concise timeline that is given back by the floor manager and scheduled behind what is ahead of each structure.
