NASA ISS Mission Operations Planning (Ops Plan) Flight Controller, Integrated Mission Operations Contract (IMOC Primarily responsible for developing the plans for the astronauts on board the International Space Station (ISS) and for the flight controllers within the Mission Control Center (MCC). Our team works with other flight controllers from Marshall Space Flight Center in Alabama as well as our International Partners in Russia, Japan, and Europe to build an integrated mission plan. We deliver the plans to the ISS crew to execute on-orbit and for flight controllers to execute on the ground. Also, our flight controllers monitor the crew’s progress throughout their workday to monitor the need for procedure changes, and schedule changes, and recommend schedule modifications, as necessary, to keep the crew productive and safe.
