Presented and approved by the Board of Directors. o Atlanta (R&D) and Phoenix (Production) new sites set to come online in FY23. o Created three-year strategic plans (with associated annual goals & KPI’s for the entire organization). o Created staffing plans aligned to business development, continuous R&D, and production scale up strategies.
