As Vice President of HR and Talent at Specialty1 Partners, I lead the strategic direction for human resources and talent operations across a multi state specialty dental network, focusing on scalable systems that support rapid growth and an exceptional employee experience. My work includes optimizing payroll and benefits, elevating recruiting strategies, strengthening engagement, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. I have played a key leadership role in transforming our HR infrastructure through a migration out of a PEO, implementation of a new HRIS and ATS, rollout of advanced candidate engagement tools, and a successful transition from fully insured benefits to a self funded program. My approach centers on building operational excellence, fostering an inclusive and innovative culture, and enabling teams to thrive.With nine years of experience in the dental industry, I bring a unique perspective to HR and talent, shaped by my hands-on experience in operations. From my early days as a dental assistant to leadership roles such as Practice Manager and Director of Operations, I developed a deep understanding of the type of support dental practices need to thrive.
