Responsibilities- Design, implement, iterate, and participate in customer and partner success programs, including sales, marketing, and technical enablement activities, serving as either a Technical Account Manager or Customer/Partner Success Manager as needed- Serve as the Product Manager for the Cycle Test Automation Framework, Cycle Test Suites + Libraries, and Cycle University- Work with company leadership to support business process management- Collaborate with product owners and product managers to facilitate PI planning- Engage in sales engineering activities such as sales discovery, sales demonstrations, and proposal creation to facilitate the sales cycle.
