   Wogan Group manages a growing national apartment portfolio. The company is based in Memphis, TN, with operations in New York, Tennessee, Arkansas, Missouri, and Kansas. We manage 20 conventional multifamily assets, totaling almost apartment units. The assets range from B class to A class, and include garden style, and mid rise communities. As President, I oversee all operations of both the management company and property assets. I have imagined, developed, and implemented every aspect of our organizational culture. I pride myself on my ability to build a corporate structure, promote exceptional company branding, and promote employee and resident loyalty. Additionally, I am involved in new acquisition underwriting and due diligence, construction, and investor relations.
