My work is at the junction of Portfolio Management, Economics and Strategy, providing Strategic Advisory support across Portfolio and Transformation Management, complex Business Case development, and Investment Management and Governance support. My recent clients have included elements of NHS England, Police Forces, the UK MOD, UK Central Govt Departments, and regional Transport agencies. My consulting career includes over 8 years in and around the UK public sector, which followed on the back of a 16 year career in the Royal Navy.
