I founded Winston Solicitors in 2002. There are currently 50 people working from one great location near Roundhay Park in North Leeds. In 2011 I also set up an accountancy practice called Winston Accountants LLP and a financial services business called Winston Financial Management LLPAll businesses operate out of one building which enables clients to receive complete professional advice from one location.

ABOUT JONATHAN WINSTON
I started Winston Solicitors in 2002, with the \'germ of an idea\', to provide exceptional service in an accessible way for clients. Initially working from home, the best way to achieve this was through a website, so I bought two books, about website design and coding, and created one with calculators, which was a rarity in 2002.As the firm grew, I started to look for premises, and In 2004, found the perfect location in HNW North Leeds to provide convenient access to the growing local client base. The building was the sixth house built on Street Lane, dating back to 1894, standing in about two thirds of an acre of land. Change of use, and extensions have increased it\'s capacity to around 50 (pre-covid).Living and working in North Leeds, I wanted to be able to \'walk down the street\', proud of my firm\'s achievements. Which meant from a very early point, focusing on client service. The firm\'s motto is \'when service wins\', and in the last 3 or so years have obtained approx. reviews. 99% of which are 5 star.We are current holders of ESTAs Yorkshire West award for best Conveyancing firm. And have been nominated again for this award, and the Leeds & Yorkshire Lawyer Awards.All our departments focus on high quality work, delivered with high service standards. It\'s a great way to work, as client and lawyer alike feel valued.There are currently about 40 members of the team, and we are always looking for new members to join, who share in our vision. Having set up the firm from home, and then found the perfect location for the business. We have great flexibility for many different working arrangements. It\'s the team member that matters, not the location, providing the client service is maintained.If this is of interest, please get in touch.
