As the AVP, Enrollment Strategy at Carnegie, I’m thrilled to bring my 20+ years of experience in higher education marketing, strategy, and technology to serve a wide range of institutions. In this new role, I’ll be working with clients across the country to develop integrated enrollment solutions and data-driven strategies that drive student search and enrollment outcomes.Previously, as the Vice President of Enrollment Management and Student Success and Dean of Admissions at Cleveland State University (CSU), I led a team of over 100 staff members responsible for attracting, enrolling, retaining, and graduating a diverse and talented student body. I’m passionate about creating and implementing innovative solutions that enhance the student experience and align with an institution\'s mission and vision. I hold an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management, specializing in leadership and organizational development. Alongside my professional work, I’m also an award-winning writer, speaker, and community leader, with a deep commitment to higher education and the arts.
