Supported a 245% growth in headcount, an expansion in international offices from 13 to 27 whilst reducing cost per user by 22%, slashing capital expenses by 63% through cloud migration, and maintaining an ICT headcount 26% below the Gartner median. Responsibilities- Work with business leaders to develop strategic plans & metrics for growth, operations & security- Manage risk and demonstrate compliance with data and information security legislation in all markets- Protect the company from reputational damage from cyber issues or loss of operational IT services- Selection & implementation of core business applications: finance, HR, BI, clients, time and expense- Provide a common, secure global communication & collaboration platform with high levels of usability- Setup, move & update office technology: networks, cabling, print, telephony, audio visual and internet- Design organisational structure of ICT, recruit, develop, train and motivate an exceptional inhouse team plus partner with an external supply chain across USA, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia- Setup a project management team with strong governance, budgeting & stakeholder communications- Commercial management, reports & KPIs of £19m budget (purchasing, contracts, capital, negotiations)- Operational management: laptops, mobiles, patching, operating systems, user IDs & passwords- A customer focused 24x7 global service desk for employees & third parties.
