In today’s workforce, we need well-rounded, hard-working, and driven professionals to help grow our communities while advancing causes to push and promote companies’ missions. I feel as though I have the skills to help and can fulfill a need for your company as I have the qualifications that can benefit it.I have been in education for the last 15 years and during this time I have developed skills that would be valuable to the role I am applying for. Leadership is the first skill that comes to mind in helping lead students to think critically and passionately about history while asking the students to challenge themselves in formulating their own ideas about a specific event. I also feel education has given me a number of transferable skills such as planning and organization, resourcefulness, passion, as well as being detailed oriented. This is just a small sample of what I have learned over the past 15 years and will continue to grow upon as I learn new roles and experience new situations outside of education.I am looking for a workplace that provides me with a challenge and will allow me to grow as a professional while also allowing me to use my skills in growing the business and community it regularly engages with. My experiences as an educator make me well suited for any job and the perfect candidate to thrive in any community.
