My work supports scalable, high-performing delivery teams that drive efficiency, compliance, and measurable business outcomes.I lead corridor-style performance planning and strategic alignment across North America, Europe, and India—analyzing trends, identifying delivery gaps, and informing executive decision-making. I co-developed and launched the BeeHive Toolkit, a real-time workflow management and reporting analytics platform used across global teams to monitor program performance, KPIs, optimize workforce capacity, and track operational health.I partner closely with leaders in Delivery, Quality, Training, Sales, Compliance, IT, and HR to embed data-driven insights into strategic planning, performance reviews, and go-to-market execution.
