   Conceptualized through CAD work, samples and factory collaboration new waterproof and breathable solutions for unexplored categories of footwear under the respected GORE-TEX® Brand- Developed new standard operating procedures for innovative GORE-TEX® footwear constructions- Collaborated closely with European and Asia Pacific offices to troubleshoot technology rollouts at brand and factory level- Worked with a variety of factory, material, chemical and machine suppliers to resolve unmet needs for weatherproofing footwear- Led sustainable outreach programs with footwear material suppliers, navigating dynamic shifts within the outdoor industry without compromising performance- Traveled extensively to brand partner offices and overseas manufacturing centers to introduce new technologies- Provided technical support and consultancy for brands, footwear factories, internal Sales and Marketing- Advised implementation and testing of GORE-TEX® technology within a variety of footwear categories- Analyzed development and production samples to ensure adherence to GORE-TEX® quality standards- Supported application of water-proofing technology in factories around the globe, offering process consultancy and supporting material and machine needs.
