ABOUT JONATHAN STYLES
I am a Senior Lecturer in Enterprise and Entrepreneurship at the Masood Entrepreneurship Centre as well as the Director for Undergraduate Studies, based within the Alliance Business School, The University of Manchester. In my capacity as a Lecturer in Enterprise and Entrepreneurship, I develop and deliver a wide portfolio of Enterprise and Entrepreneurship focused courses at both Postgraduate and Undergraduate levels, as well as a range of extra curricula activities (such as the development of She’s the Business, women’s entrepreneurship) across the whole of University of Manchester.Over the years I have been privileged to see many of my very talented students that I have both taught, supervised and mentored go on to create some amazingly successful start-ups across many sectors to include- The Arts, Design, Fashion, IT, Property, Retail and Technology. I maintain regular contact with many of these where I continue to mentor and provide advice.In my capacity as Director of Undergraduate Programmes, the global focus for this post is to provide Academic Leadership for all UG Programmes within the context of the Alliance Business Schools overall vision and strategic objectives.
