ABOUT JONATHAN STEWARD

I\'m an enthusiastic network engineer with a strong passion for routing technologies, wide-area networking and the Internet! In my spare time, I am working towards JNCIP-SP and JNCIE-SP in the future.Additionally, I\'ve gained JNCIA-Junos, JNCIS-SP and JNCIP-SP. I did pass the CCNA certification however this has expired!I have Graduated from Staffordshire university with first class honours in Computer Networks and Security.In my final year I was working towards a Network Automation Final year project using python, SNMP and some direct SSH commands after a 12-month internship with Amazon Web Services.Since then I\'ve been an active member of the Dublin Internet edge operations team at AWS, ensuring Amazon\'s border network was reliable and stable. I\'ve recently moved back to the UK to develop my skills in the broadcast/media industry with Techex, a small company specialising in video over IP while also keeping a active hand in the world of networking! In general I am well known for my overflowing levels of enthusiasm and always trying my best to achieve the best possible results, spending my own personal time to advance my knowledge outside of my day to day activities while also having a general love for networking and the thrill of being challenged! I thrive on the opportunity to showcase my skills and knowledge by working with highly skilled and like-minded people to maintain and implement solutions that will affect a wide range of people.
