I am the owner of the S & OP and S & OE end to end process, responsible for overseeing and managing strategic planning efforts on a global scale that includes the development and implementation of a global strategic demand and supply plan that aligns with the organization\'s goals and objectives. I manage the Global Demand and Supply Management team along with Master Data and Supply Chain Data Analytics Team, creating projections for the business units which translate into an actionable produced and procured inventory plan. I work regularly with our corporate finance teams to ensure our department is making strategic decisions that align with our latest estimate to achieve our financial objectives. Those tasks include but are not limited to optimizing inventory plans, thus reducing purchasing requirements to free up cash flow. Additionally, I work alongside our Vice President of Procurement to ensure we are performing risk assessments to plan for uncertainties that could impact the organization and developing mitigating strategies.I am responsible for overseeing the implementation of changes required to execute the global strategy and ensuring that employees understand and support these changes.
